Summer 3 on 3 Cross-Ice League
2022 Information and Schedule
~ 9-10 players per team
~ Cross-ice play (2 - 30 min games per ice time); 1:00 minute timed shift changes
~ ADM and High School (18u) will play on Thursday and Sundays
~ Squirt, Peewee and Bantam will play Tuesdays and Sundays

This is a non-checking league for all divisions and is open to all players based on their level for the 2022/2023 season.
Individual Registration Fee of $140 per person includes a summer jersey. Players will sign up individually and be placed on a team. Please register using the link on our website www.phantomsyouthhockey.org
Note: For non-Phantoms players, If you have a group of teammates who would like to be placed on the same team, please reach out to phantoms3v3@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.
The Phantoms 3 on 3 Summer League will run from June 14th through July 31st.
Summer League General Information
- All games will be played Cross-Ice, with two 30 minute games per ice time.
- 7 Regular Season Ice Times (14 games), 1 Final Ice Time (2 games) to include Semi-Finals and Championship/Consolation Games
- ALL Players must have a valid USA Hockey Number
Roster Information
- Max of 10 players per team (9 skaters and 1 goalie). Additional players can be rostered, but only a max of 10 will be permitted for each game.
- Players may not be rostered on different teams at the same level; they may however be rostered at different levels (for example, Squirt and PeeWee)
- Players can play up with the exception of ADM/Mite players. NO player can play down a level.
Squirt - High School
- We will take 4-6 teams in each level
- High School (9th -12th grade for the next school year)
- Bantam - 2008 and 2009
- PeeWee - 2010 and 2011
- Squirt - 2012 and 2013
ADM/Mite
- We will have 3 levels: Red/White/Blue
- We will take 4-6 teams per level
- Players born 2014 or later are eligible for this level. NO skater in this age group may move up to Full Ice.
Phantoms 3 on 3 Summer League Rules
- Cross-Ice Game Play
- Teams will play two 30-minute games each ice time
- All games will run 60 second shifts; players change at the buzzer
- No Checking
- Running Time Clock, except clock will be stopped for injury.
- Penalties result in a shootout, except for ADM. The player who was penalized against takes the shot on goal.
- After a Goal is scored, the scoring team must back up to half ice before attacking. Cannot start attacking before puck is out of the net.
- When the goalie covers the puck, the opponents must retreat to center ice and then start attack.
