New ADM players or players that could not attend on Aug 1st (2012,13,14,15 birth years)

All teams at the Squirt, PeeWee and 15u levels have openings.
Please fill out the tryout form above to register for any of our levels ADM to 15U
Squirt/PeeWee/Bantams- $35 Registration fee.
ADM Level- $25
Registration - paid at Tryouts (Check or Cash)
Commitment Payments- SEPARATE check and presented on day of Tryouts. Will not be cashed for Squirt/PeeWee/Bantams until we have the official commitment to a team.
Practice Jersey- Separate payment of $15 at Tryout table.
